There are three ways to enable showing messages:

Command line (long):	--show-messages[=boolean]
Java system property:	com.xmlcalabash.show-messages=boolean
XML configuration:	<cc:show-messages>boolean</cc:show-messagedg>

If show messages is enabled, XSL messages and validation errors will be printed on standard error output.
